Deleting your Rungs data
Rungs (the app, by Humble Loop) has no account and no server. Everything it keeps is on the two phones, so deleting it is something you do on the phones — and there is nothing left on our side afterwards.

On the parent's phone
To delete the plan but keep the app: open Rungs, go to the plan, and choose Start the setup again. Your child's name, their date of birth, the dates and the agreement are erased from that phone.
To delete everything: uninstall Rungs. On Android, hold the icon and choose Uninstall, or go to Settings → Apps → Rungs → Uninstall.
On the child's phone
Rungs is that phone's home screen, so give the home screen back first, then uninstall:
- Open Settings → Apps → Default apps → Home screen (on some phones it is called Launcher), and choose the phone's own home screen.
- Press the home button to check the old home screen comes back.
- Settings → Apps → Rungs → Uninstall.
That removes the plan, the requests, the records of what happened on the phone and the parent PIN. Your child's own wallpaper and their apps are untouched — Rungs never moved or deleted them.
If you only want to stop the plan for a while, giving the home screen back is enough: with Rungs no longer the home screen, nothing is recorded.
The subscription
Subscriptions are handled by Google Play, not by us. Cancel at Play Store → your profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future payments; uninstalling the app does not cancel it.
Google and our payment helper, RevenueCat, keep the purchase record itself — a random identifier for that installation and the receipt. It contains no names and nothing from the plan. To have RevenueCat's copy deleted, write to us and we will ask for its removal.
The waitlist on this website
If you joined the waitlist, that is one email address kept separately from the app. Write to us and it is deleted; otherwise it is deleted once the email it was for has gone out. See the website privacy page.
Asking us
Write to info@ajansmba.com from the address you want removed, or about anything on this page. We answer as soon as we read it. We cannot delete what is on your phones for you, because we have no way to reach them — that part is the steps above.
